Almost Country Music

Hello everyone. I hope you are safe and warm.  Christmas is on its way. A pretty time but also depressing time for many people. A time when everyone needs to be wrapped in a blanket of Love.

I had my first banjo lesson tonight. A friend of mine has a friend that is an accomplished banjo player . He agreed to show me a few things on the banjo. I expect I will play as well as he does by tomorrow. NOT !!! I might be able to play some of my own stuff that I make up in about a year. Hee Hee. Time will tell. I am still very excited about it.  I want to widen my horizon so I can do differant instuments on my next cd if I should make another one. Again…time will tell.

I want to thank those of you who leave me comments. They are encouraging me. I have plans for this site but unfortunatly I do not have the programs I need to do them. Later on I will have if the Lord is willing. I would like to read some comments on what your favorite songs are….your favorite country singer is…things like that . Then perhaps I can get thoughts of differant things to put on here.

I have a full and busy life right now so I do not write to much on here.  I had a real nice visit with my son who lives out of town. He went home today. We are planning on getting together over Christmas. I like that thought too.

We had snow last night. About two inches of the white stuff that turned to slush today. Slush puppy anyone? Hee Hee

Back to gift projects I go now. I hope to hear from you.
